The location and breakfast.
Bed too hard. No coffee/ tea making facilities. Staff were not very friendly, especially one of the men, bald man, who was rude and not friendly at all. There was difficulty getting an extra blanket. First afternoon, electricity not available, the first morning no hot water. Would not stay again or recommend.

Very good location, near Charles Bridge and shopping area. Also, rooms are clean and staff very nice.

Room very comfortable and warm. Air conditioning was there which would be good if visiting in the hot summer weather.
Only six coathangers in the wardrobe so be prepared to take your own if staying for more than two or three days. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. There was a horrible smell in the bathroom which was a shame as it was a lovely bathroom apart from that. Only a couple of members of staff spoke English which made it difficult to communicate. The staff were not very friendly. It costs nothing to smile even if you do not speak the same language. At the weekend the hotel was very busy and the breakfast was disorganised. No white bread, not enough cups, spoons etc.

Well positioned to walk around the city sightseeing. Metro stop on the doorstep. Good breakfast, clean, silent room and all necessary facilities . Wifi connection is free and stable. Staff were very friendly and helpful....

The location is excellent, right next to a subway stop and a block from the tram stop. Walking distance to many sites. The room was quite large and very quiet. Breakfast was fine, many selections.
A few of the staff members are not helpful. Especially the front desk night staff and some of the evening restaurant staff. Customer service was not their top priority. The day staff was very helpful.

Very good location, in the center of city, metro station is on the next street, but you can easily get to all touristic places on foot from there. My room was big and clean, with air conditioner and safe....

The location was good.
I stayed here for business, but I found out that it is not suitable for business trips because of the unstable internet connection and inadequate places for a meeting. After all, the price is relatively low so it is fair enough.

great stay but slightly noisy at times
The room was great with its spacious layout. Each morning, I enjoyed a good breakfast selection, with various options to suit different tastes.
The noise from the street could be a bit disruptive at night.
